Bearing size?

I have an 1985 Shorlnader trailer (single axle) that hauls my boat quite nicely. I am trying to put buddy bearings on my hubs, but none seem to fit. Has anyone encountered this type of thing? the 1.98 is way too large, the 1.7'sare too small. I recently found some 1.81 but they appear to be too large as well.

Any thoughts, comments, ideas?

buddy bearings press fit in a little bit so they dont fall out going down the road, as long as the tip of the buddy bearing fits in the rest will hammer in
