Take a bottle of your favorite vodka.
Take one long red chili pepper and make an incision down the entire length of the chili pepper being careful not to cut it in half.
Put the red pepper in the bottle of vodka and place bottle in the freezer or cooler with ice.
Remove the pepper after six hours or unitl the level of spice had been reached for your tastebuds.
Serve cold.
