i have an early 80 classic 50 took it to the boat shop for no power they first said the ehaust was stopped up then they replaced reed valves and it should have around 700 lbs pump pressure but only has 400 lbs motor runs great but just not fast as it should be

My 150 black max once lost power or made fewer rps when the stator was bad. Do you have a gage? What do you get and what are you supposed to get?
