I just bought an 85 sunbird with a 3.0 OMC motor. I can not get an spark. I did a test on the coil and it failed so I bought a replacement coil and still no spark. Any ideas? My father seems to think that because the alternator was replaced and it doesn't have any leads for the voltage regulator that that is the problem.
