I have a 1998 merc 50hp with a power tilt problem, no apparent fluid leaks yet the tilt will partialy raise engine then stop. If I manually help it while holding tilt switch it will raise the engine. I can hear the electric motor cycling each and every time. I attempted to check fluid via the plug at hydraulic piston however the hole is so small that i was unable to get any additional fluid into system. any help greatly appreciated.
