Skeg Guards

The skeg is the piece of equipment that is below the prop. Its function is to protect the propeller and gear case on your motor. The skeg can easily be damaged by debris in the water. If the skeg becomes damage, your boat will not run smoothly and leave your gear case open to damage, which can be expensive to repair. This is why you should add a skeg guard. Skeg guards are made of stainless steel and protect your skeg from damage. We carry skeg guards to fit many engine applications.
