Wholesale Marine is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to sales@wholesalemarine.com with "unsubscribe" as the subject line. Wholesale Marine does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Security

We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Returns

Wholesale Marine will gladly refund or exchange most merchandise for any reason within 90 days from original purchase date. To return, just send merchandise prepaid in its original unused condition with a copy of the original invoice. We will then exchange the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount by the original payment method. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. All items returned in a non-re-sellable condition, or with missing parts will be charged a restocking fee upon inspection at Wholesale Marine's discretion. There are no returns for special order items, electronics, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials, such as, but not limited to, paint, oil, resins and adhesives.

Boat Cover Returns

Boat covers are custom made at the manufacturer's factory for each boat size as well as customer's choice of material and color. Therefore, a 20% manufacturer restocking fee may apply for all returns except for errors made by the manufacturer or Wholesale Marine.

Because boat covers are custom made, there will be a $25-$50 fee for any boat cover order cancellation after 1 business day of purchase, as the cover has already gone into production.

Sales Tax

Wholesale Marine's no sales tax policy is good for 48 of the 50 States. Wholesale Marine does not charge sales tax in any state but Ohio and Kentucky. Wholesale Marine is required by law to charge sales tax in any state we have a physical location. We currently charge sales tax to both Ohio and Kentucky residents.

Shipping

Wholesale Marine currently ships all merchandise UPS or truck freight. All orders with in-stock items placed by 2:00 PM EST Monday – Friday are shipped that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday and orders place on Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.

Free Shipping
Orders that qualifying for free shipping may only be shipped via UPS ground. Free shipping offers are only valid within the continental U.S.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA & Canada)

Wholesalemarine.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department

What you need to do to verify a lower price with Wholesale Marine:
