Like the Value Series transom tie-downs, the Value Series gunwale tie-downs are available in the original Kwik-Lok buckle, as well as paddle buckle models. Both models feature 5,500 lb. polyester webbing, along with vinyl-coated steel hooks. Paddle Buckle model features vinyl-coated top hooks, zinc-coated trailer hooks, along with durable polypropylene webbing and a protective web pad. Paddle Buckles also feature the industry's only vinyl-coated paddle handles, designed for a comfortable, sure grip, and a specially-coined edge, designed to protect the webbing and provide a longer life to the tie-down.

Gunwale Tie down Strap 13 foot, 2.13.2009

This buckle is really a black kwik-loc gunwale tie down (exactly what I was looking for), instead of a paddle buckle. Just get the slack out of the strap and then lock it down with the kwik-loc. It holds really tight and so simple to use. This is a quality strap and looks like it will last for years.
