The ladder is we constucted and a huge help to us at our dock. We didn't install it ourselves, but we didn't hear any complaints for the deck hands who installed it either. Fast shipping and a great price from wholesale marine! B Wethington, Grand Rapids, Michigan

Can't put it together!!!, 6.13.2008

I cannot comment on the qualitiy of the ladder because I am still trying to assemble it. Some of the screw holes don't line up. The screws that screw the steps to the railing cannot be screwed into place with a screwdriver. I am trying to turn the screws with channel locks which is scratching the rails and taking forever. I would love to watch the president of the company that made this thing try to put it together.
