Works great and fits my 1990 Mariner 75 Hp however my 96 Johnson 48 SPC apparently has an odd size (larger) drain plug. The lower unit had another screw but I wasn't brave enought to remove it and see if it might fit. I think it was the shift linkage and that could have been a big mistake to remove. I removed the drain plug, opened the vent and started pumping the the Mariner until I had oil coming out the vent. Put the vent plug back in, removed the pump filler and was able to reinstall the drain plug easily. Definite purchase for motors that it fits. I would purchase an adapter for the Johnson if I could find one.

I'm now buying my gear lube in quarts and using the gear lube pump. It is easier cheaper in the long run.
