Important Information Regarding Shipping and Customer Service
Wholesale Marine is committed to delivering quality customer service and boating supplies to boaters everywhere. We are also committed to the safety of our employees and community, and that is why we are making changes to our customer service and shipping departments in relation to COVID-19. These changes will go into effect March 24th through April 6th.
In response to state and federal regulations and recommendations, Wholesale Marine will be temporarily closing its call center. Customers can still contact our customer service team via live chat and e-mail, Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST. Please send all e-mails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are still shipping Wholesale Marine orders! Customers may experience shipping delays on in stock items as we ensure our warehouse team complies with safety standards set out by Ohio’s Department of Health. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer and may not be available at this time. We will be doing our best to update the availability of those products on our website accordingly.
We hope to resume business as usual starting April 6th and will continue to keep our customers updated as best as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these tough times.
