Quicksilver 822777Q-1 Trim Tab Anode Aluminum
Protect your outboard and stern drive from the harmful effects of galvanic corrosion while aiding steering control with the Quicksilver 822777Q-1 Trim Tab Anode. This anode helps protect gear case housing from corrosion as it provides hydrodynamic trim force to your outboard and stern drive to aid steering. Quicksilver recommends inspecting anodes periodically and replace if there are signs of corrosion or pitting.
This cast aluminum anode meets or exceeds mil-spec MIL-A-24779(SH), providing longer lasting protection than zinc anodes and are for use in fresh or salt water.
Application:
- Mercury/Mariner outboards 35 HP and above
- Force 90 HP & 120 HO outboards (1995 and newer)
- All Mercruiser drives
For applications where extra clearance is required for high rake propellers.
