This cast aluminum frame with the innovative diffuser plate allows the heat to dissipate to avoid heat distortion and allow your food to cook evenly. The elevated griddle design keeps your food and grease contained while the heat resistant thermal handle allows for easy transporting. The convenient hole in the back allows you to slide the excess grease out and into the FireBox grease containment system.
