PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sea Hawk Cukote Bottom Paint

The Sea Hawk Cukote Bottom Paint has a high lode of cuprous oxide that makes this formula a top performer even in the most severe fouling areas. Due to its ablative and self polishing nature, there is no buildup of bottom paint over time. The underwater surface of your hull remains clean and smooth. The copolymer in Cukote can withstand removal from water without affecting its antifouling properties.

Features:

  • No TBT (organotin compounds)
  • Semi-Hard, self-polishing ablative finish
  • Removing boat from water does not affect antifouling properties
  • Effective below the waterline on fiberglass, steel, and wood vessels
  • 47.5% Cuprous oxide

How to Apply Sea Hawk Cukote Bottom Paint

Sea Hawk Cukote Bottom Paint is easily applied by brush, roller, or spray. When rolling, use only a high-quality short nap 3/8” roller cover. Apply using thin coats. For the smoothest possible finish, thin the paint approximately 10% using water. Cukote has a tendency for settling to occur, especially if the paint has been on the shelf for several months. Thoroughly mix the paint before using. Before using, check the sides and bottom of the can to make sure all the pigment has been mixed in.

  • Finish: Semi-Gloss
