Remove rust and restore your aluminum to its original shine. 3M Marine Aluminum Restorer & Polisher will aggressively remove oxidation and stains. Aluminum is vulnerable to oxidation and chalking especially in Marine conditions. This product helps remove the effects from weather that rob aluminum of its brilliant shine Ideal for aluminum deck hardware, through hulls, rails, ladders, cleats, and stanchions. For painted aluminum test on a small area first to see how the 3M restorer & polish react. The formula is concentrated so a little goes a long way.

Product Details:

• Removes heavy oxidation and chalking
• May be applied by hand or machine
• Restores the beauty and luster to aluminum
• Concentrated formula provides a lot of cleaning with a small amount

Hand Application Directions

• Apply a small amount to a small area
• Rub aggressively using short strokes
• Keep turning the cloth as more material is applied
• Buff to a high luster using a clean soft cloth.
• Do not stop and allow to haze

Machine Application Directions

• Apply with a n air or electric buffer equipped with a wool compounding pad
• Apply a sufficient amount of material to a boat surface to work a 2x2 foot area
• Spread the material with a buffing pad to reduce slinging the material
• Buff using light to medium pressure in a consistent and uniform pattern
• Reduce pressure as material beings to dry
• Repeat if needed
