These jack plates have a one piece design, unlike competitors that require setback spacers to achieve the proper setback. Versa Jacs are available in 4", 6", and 10" setbacks, and are rated for engines up to 300 HP. While the boat is in the water, the Versa Jac can easily be adjusted for optimum results.
When it's time to upgrade from manual to an all-hydraulic operation, converting the Versa jack plate is simple. Using a few hand tools, the Versa's manual screw assembly can be removed and swapped out for a hydraulic cylinder kit. A pump can then be installed inside the boat.
