The Bone Collector CanCooker takes the cattle drive tradition of cooking in a cream can and revolutionizes it with the power of steam to cook a healthy meal on any heat source.
Built out of food grade anodized aluminum, the Bone Collector CanCooker can be heated on a number of heat sources, from stovertops to campfires to bbq grills.
The high-temperature silicone gasket helps trap the steam that is released when the water is heated to the boiling point, cooking your food thoroughly and efficiently. Cooking with the steam will keep your meals tender and keep food from sticking the sides of your cooker.
The Bone Collector CanCooker is loaded with features to help keep you safe while preparing your meals. The riveted heavy-duty handles are stout and secure, for easy transportation from the heat source to the dinner table. A vented lid helps relieve excess pressures and the safety clamps keep the lid in place. The Bone Collector CanCooker has a capacity of 4 gallons and can feed up to 20.
Includes a protective storage bag.
How To Use:
STEP 1: Prep your ingredients according to your recipe
STEP 2: Fill the CanCooker-Spray interior of CanCooker with non-stick spray. Put vegetables in first, then meat, fish or seafood. Seasoning and liquid goes in last. Any liquid works - water, broth, beer, soda, or juice. Put on the lid and latch.
STEP 3: Bring the CanCooker to a steam-Cook on any heat source, including stovetop, grill, turkey fryer, camp stove and campfire. Reduce heat when you seen steam coming from the vent hole.
STEP 4: Steam according to your recipe-The CanCooker will be HOT – be sure to use oven mitts when taking the CanCooker off the heat source. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Use oven mitts when removing the lid and watch out for any remain steam.
