Return and Exchange policy FAQ

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

  • Call 1-877-388-2628 opt. 3 or email dealer@whoelsalemarine.com to get a return authorization number. 

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)
  • Special Order Items (Custom Fuel Tanks, Boat Covers, Bimini Tops, Docks, Sterndrive Engineering, Cut Lengths, ORMD Hazardous Goods)
  • Electrical Engine Parts ( Stator, Trigger, Solenoids, Etc.)
  • Electronics 

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We do not offer exchanges. Please return the original items then place an order for the new item. 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

Please note all dealer returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How do I ship back the items?

To return your items, please take them to a shipping carrier of your choice. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

How soon will I get my refund?

Refunds will be issued after the returned items have been inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once we receive your return.
