This manual trailer winch by Dutton-Lainson offers freewheel operation optimal for horizontal pulling applications. Slotted mounting holes make for easy installation while the permanent lubrication allows for maintenance free operation. All the zinc plated oats feature a TuffPlate finish for a long working life and additional corrosion resistance from marine environments. A reversible ratchet allows you to crank onto the winch drum from either direction. The base features reinforced and embossed heavy gauge steel bases for additional strength. When the ratchet pawl is disengaged the winch will freewheel to allow for easy line removal. The 7" handle is constructed from steel wrapped in an ergonomic molded grip. This model also includes a clamp kit to install onto a winch drum.
