Question: When will my order ship?
Answer: Orders placed before 4:00 est. Monday-Friday are shipped the same day in most cases.

Question: How will I be notified of my order confirmation?
Answer: Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If for any reason any of the information is incorrect please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes.

Question: How will I be notified of shipping confirmation?
Answer: As soon as your order ships we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking numbers. To check the shipping status click on the tracking number and you will be directed to the UPS with the tracking information.

Question: Can I check my order through your website?
Answer: No, at this time we do not offer a tracking service through our site.

Question: How do I return an item?
Answer: Please contact us by phone at 877-388-2628 or by email at support@wholesalemarine.com . We will issue you a Return Authorization number which will expedite your claim.

Answer: Simply create an account at the time of purchase and you are registered to start collecting points

Answer: Simply log in to your account using your user name and password then click on the “Account” tab and your Point balance as well as your shipping and billing information will be displayed.
