The Buzz wakesurf board was designed to bring the best of skim and surf style boards into one. With its minimal thickness, and Hyperlite's Durashell Construction, the Buzz is super easy to maneuver. DuraShell Construction provides the4 lightweight feel of handmade surfers, with the added durability of a compression molded part. With a new and improved look and user-friendly design, the Buzz is ready for any skill level and wake size. Hyperlite makes their boards with layered fiberglass in 3 different weights, depending on the board. The purpose for this construction is durability and longevity. Traditional woven glass fibers will separate over time, while the layered fiberglass design will have the same pop off the double up year after year!

• Monocoque Construction
• Combining the top and bottom fiberglass layers into one. Generates a more durable board and prevents delamination.
• EPS Core
• Expanded polystyrene foam gives a very lightweight and durable core. 
• Single to Double Concave
• Channels water down the belly of the board transitioning to dual concave exiting tail.
• Tail Profile
• Mid profile
• Tail Shape
• Pin shape, commonly used on skim style boards, the pin tail is super fast down the line and spins with ease
• Machined EVA Traction - Diamond 
• Ultra grade EVA foam machined into a diamond shape with a rough finish to increase grip.
• Layered Glass
• Hyperlite fiberglass is available in 3 different weights depending on the board. This fiberglass construction is an improvement upon the usual traditional woven glass fibers, that usually separate over time. This new and improved way of building will not separate, and will give every Hyperlite board the same pop off the double.
• DuraShell Construction
• Hyperlite's proprietary construction process that combines compression molding and vacuum finished techniques.
