The outer layer is comprised of durable 400 denier nylon oxford outer shell with neoprene comfort pads for comfort. The zippered pockets are expandable with mesh for quick draining. Includes a D-Ringfor small accessories and a USCG/SOLAS approved whistle. The vest has a minimum 15.5 lbs of buoyancy and is a US Coast Guard Approved Type III life jacket/PFD.
