Lippert SureStep Free-Fit Pontoon Boarding Ladder provides a stable, stair-style way to get back aboard your pontoon from the water. Its angled five-step design becomes more stable as weight is applied, helping provide secure footing for kids, pets, older passengers, and other boaters.

Five extra-wide steps feature slip-resistant treads and a deep-water reach of 42 inches, creating a more natural climbing motion compared with swinging or rope-style ladders. The extended top step provides additional room when transitioning from the ladder to the deck.

The Free-Fit design features independently mounted handrails that can be positioned around rear-deck obstacles such as ski tow packages, deck trim, and other hardware. The wraparound receiver bracket accommodates pontoon decks up to 3.25 inches thick, while the easy-reach retraction strap allows the ladder to be stowed without bending or kneeling.

A fully enclosed chain and hinge system helps reduce pinch points, minimize rattling, and keep weeds from collecting inside the mechanism. Marine-grade construction is designed to withstand harsh marine environments, while the self-draining design prevents water from collecting in the ladder. With a 400 lb. capacity and construction designed to meet ABYC standards, the SureStep Free-Fit provides dependable support for repeated use on the water.
