Patriot Docks Pipe Auger

The Patriot Docks Dock Pipe Auger provides additional stability and holding power for dock support posts in lake and river environments. Designed to attach to 1-1/2 in. Schedule 40 galvanized pipe, this galvanized steel auger anchors the pipe directly into the lakebed or river bottom to help secure dock systems in areas affected by wind, current, or unstable bottom conditions.

The auger installs by rotating clockwise to drive it into the lakebed and counterclockwise to remove it. For a secure installation, the auger should be anchored at least 12 in. into the lakebed. After positioning the auger, the connection can be tightened with a pipe wrench.
