Add to CartThe Perko surface mount lock is made for smooth surfaces and carpeted surfaces, and includes a gasket for smooth surfaces, and a toothed back for carpeted surfaces. It has a white polymer body with a chrome plated zinc alloy handle, and a stainless steel stem. It comes with 2 keys for the lock, and easily installs into a 2-1/2 diameter hole. The T-Handle drops down flush in either the open or closed position (180° rotation)(unless the offset cam bar is positioned upward). There is a rubber seal and boot under the T-Handle that seals the lock cylinder to prevent water intrusion.
