How do you install the grease passage plug with the Sierra Marine 18-21001?
When changing to the permanently lubricated gimbal bearing, remove the grease fitting from the side of the transom housing. Apply sealant to the threads of the included grease passage plug, then use a 1/8" Allen wrench to install the plug until it is fully sealed.
