Taylor Made BoatGuard Mooring Whips are an economical way to protect your boat in higher wake areas. These whips provide the "Safety Zone" between dock and boat for many types of docking applications. Taylor uses a large diameter solid fiberglass pole that withstands rugged environments and provides the spring action to keep your boat safely away from the dock. CAD designed whip base is injection molded from high-impact reinforced plastic for incredible strength and durability.

Note: When determining whip model, weight is more important than length. Some docking applications may be too rugged for this product.

• For Boats up to 5000 lbs.
• BoatGuard Mooring Whip 14'
• For Boats Up to 10000 lbs.

Includes:

• (2) Fixed angle reinforced nylon bases
• (2) Solid two-part tapered fiberglass mooring whip poles with roller tips (Note: the 8' model consists of (2) one-piece poles)
• (4) 3" x 3/8" bolts, nuts, and washers and (2) 3/8" eye bolts
• (2) 5/16" Solid braid nylon mooring whip lines to be used with poles
• (2) 3/8" Nylon dock lines
• (1) Epoxy adhesive packet (not needed for the 8' model)

In addition, the following tools are necessary for installation: Two 9/16" and one 1/2" socket, open or crescent wrenches, a drill with 3/8" bit, a small knife, and a Phillips head screwdriver.
