Add to CartThis 25 micron Mercury filter separates water and other impurities from the fuel to increase engine performance. Fuel contamination can result in poor engine performance, stalling, and damage to fuel system components. The filters metal shell features a durable paint finish to resist corrosion in fresh and saltwater marine environments. The filters internal surfaces are coated in an epoxy finish to resist rust and provide a long working life.
It is recommended to change your fuel filter after every 100 hours of use or at least once per season.

Unscrew the old filter, clean the mounting base, remove the old gasket, apply a thin coat of engine oil to the new gasket, fill the filter with fuel, screw it on until the gasket contacts the base, tighten 2/3 to 1 full turn, then run the engine and check for leaks.
