Wholesale Marine Returns Policy

At Wholesale Marine, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below to understand eligibility, return shipping requirements, and how to begin a return. All products sold by Wholesale Marine are brand new unless otherwise stated.


Return Eligibility

Products may be returned only if they meet all of the following requirements:

  • Returned within 90 days of the purchase date
  • Unused, unopened, and in brand new, resalable condition
  • In original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories included

We do not offer exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.


Non-Returnable & Warranty-Only Items

The following items cannot be returned and are eligible only for manufacturer warranty evaluation:

  • Installed, attempted-to-install, used, or tested items
  • Special Order or Custom Items (including custom Bimini tops, boat covers, docks, custom tanks, cut lengths, and ORMD hazardous goods)
  • Electrical engine components such as stators, triggers, power packs, solenoids, switch boxes, ignition modules, and similar electronics

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping returnable items back to the Wholesale Marine warehouse. You may choose from the following options:

1. Ship with Your Preferred Carrier

  • You may purchase and use a return label from any carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).
  • Please use a trackable shipping method and include your Return Authorization (RA) number.

2. Purchase a Prepaid FedEx Return Label

  • Wholesale Marine offers an optional prepaid FedEx return label for $14.99.
  • This fee covers the label only; it does not include restocking or other refund-related costs.
  • Oversized items are not eligible for the prepaid FedEx return label.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please request a Return Authorization (RA) number:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product name and SKU
  • The reason for return

Once approved, ship the item using your preferred carrier or request the prepaid FedEx return label. Ensure your RA number is clearly marked on the package.


Refund Processing

  • Returned items are inspected upon arrival.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items returned without proper packaging or not in resalable condition may be rejected or assessed a restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
