TACO Transom Rod Rack Installation Instructions

• On a flat surface, assemble mounting pads and rod holder assembly so pads are flush to mounting surface.
• Position entire assembly against transom ensuring the splines are fully inserted into the rod rack assembly.
• Mark holes on transom through holes in mounting pads.
• Set assembly aside and drill 1/4" holes through marked holes in transom.
• Note: There MUST be ample space to attach nits and washers to back of bolts.
• Use 3M 5200 sealant or equivalent (not included) to coat bolts.
• Install one pad & spline assembly and fasten with nuts and bolts to transom.
• Insert the other spline mount into unattached side of rod rack assembly, ensuring pad is flush to the transom.
• Coat bolts with sealer and fasten securely.
