Wholesale Marine Warranty Policy
All products sold by Wholesale Marine are brand new and include the original manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
All new products are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, limitations, and approval decisions are determined by the manufacturer. Wholesale Marine will assist in processing your claim, but the final resolution is at the manufacturer’s discretion.
Returnable Products (Unused & Unopened)
Products are eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Unopened
- In brand new, unused condition
- In original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories included
Items that have been opened, installed, attempted to be installed, used, or show signs of handling are not returnable and will be processed as warranty items only.
Warranty-Only Products (Non-Returnable)
Any product that has been installed, attempted to be installed, powered on, used, or tested in any form is only eligible for a manufacturer warranty claim.
Electrical Engine Parts – Warranty Only
The following categories are strictly non-returnable and are processed as warranty-only items:
- Stators
- Triggers
- Solenoids
- Power Packs
- Switch Boxes
- Ignition & Electrical Engine Modules
These items cannot be returned for refund and must follow the manufacturer’s warranty evaluation process.

To begin a warranty claim with Wholesale Marine, please contact our support team:

Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- Product name and SKU
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos, if available
What to Expect After Submitting a Claim
- Our team will review your claim and confirm all required information is provided.
- We will communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf to begin evaluation.
- The manufacturer will determine the final warranty decision (repair, replacement, or authorized refund).
Processing times vary by manufacturer. Wholesale Marine will update you as information becomes available.
