Designed for direct-drive and V-drive boats with a thru-hull raw-water intake, the kit pairs a Moeller Pro Inboard Motor Flusher with the Camco 65506 winterizing system. The flusher supplies water through the boat’s intake while the Camco system allows you to switch the engine’s cooling supply from water to antifreeze.

Three gallons of Star brite -100°F Non-Toxic Marine Antifreeze provide premium freeze, burst and corrosion protection. Star brite EZ Store EZ Start stabilizes up to 40 gallons of gasoline for as long as one year, while the included aerosol fogging oil provides direct protection for cylinders, piston rings and other internal engine surfaces.

What Is Included?

How the Inboard Winterization System Works

The Moeller Pro Inboard Motor Flusher fits over the boat’s thru-hull water intake to supply water while the engine is running. Once the engine reaches the appropriate operating condition specified by the manufacturer, the Camco winterizing system allows the cooling-water supply to be switched to marine antifreeze. Its clear hose makes it easier to monitor antifreeze flow into the engine.

Before winterizing the cooling system, add the included fuel stabilizer at a ratio of 1 fl. oz. per 5 gallons of gasoline and run the engine long enough to circulate the treated fuel. Apply the aerosol fogging oil according to the engine manufacturer’s storage procedure.

Important: Always consult the boat and engine owner’s manuals before winterizing. Confirm that the flusher fits securely over the thru-hull intake and determine the antifreeze quantity required for your specific engine. Some engines and cooling-system configurations may require more than the three gallons included with this kit. Never run the engine without an adequate cooling-water or antifreeze supply.
