Sea Hawk Mission Bay Bottom Paint

Sea Hawk's Mission Bay Bottom Paint is a proven solution that protects boats with advanced copper-free biocide. The nano-based technology co-polymer releases active copper-free biocide when exposed to UV light and dissipates in seconds without bio accumulation into the environment. Can be used on aluminum hulls without the use of a traditional barrier coat system.

Features:

  • No mud cracking
  • Helps prevent electrolysis
  • Ablative and self-polishing
  • Advanced non-metal biocide
  • Environmentally friendly
  • Eliminates the leaching of copper compounds into the environment
  • No barrier coat needed over most antifouling paints
  • Ideal for all types of craft from fiberglass to aluminum

How to Apply Sea Hawk Mission Bay Bottom Paint

Sea Hawk Mission Bay Bottom Paint is easily applied by brush, roller, or spray. When rolling, use only a high-quality short nap 3/8” roller cover. Apply using thin coats. Mission Bay has a tendency for settling to occur, especially if the paint has been on the shelf for several months. Thoroughly mix the paint before using. Before using, check the sides and bottom of the can to make sure all the pigment has been mixed in.
