Does not change color or feel of fabric. PTEF® is Star Brite's registered trademark name for polytetraflouroethylene, the generic version of Teflon. Teflon is a registered trademark of E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. This is the best waterproofing on the market. Works on just about any fabric.
