Made from marine grade polished stainless steel and a cast aluminum base for durability and longevity in marine environments. The base prevents heat distortion while the innovative diffuser plate provides an even heat surface to cook your food to perfection. This grill top helps funnel grease away form the burner and into the FireBox grease containment system to help maintain proper temperatures and smoke. Built into the lid is a thermometer to help you cook to the right temperature. The whole unit can lock into place and contains a handle for easy transportation.
