Important Information Regarding Shipping and Customer Service

Wholesale Marine is committed to delivering quality customer service and boating supplies to boaters everywhere. However, to comply with COVID-19 safety precautions, our call center is currently operating at 25% staff.  We are working diligently to get all our customer calls and emails answered in a timely manner, but safety of our team members is critical to our operations remaining open and must be our top priority.  We value your business and appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times.

Our call center is open! Our customer service representatives can be reached at 1-877-388-2628, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 4PM EST. You can also e-mail our customer service team at support@wholesalemarine.com.

We are still shipping Wholesale Marine orders! Customers may experience shipping delays on in stock items as we ensure our warehouse team complies with safety standards set out by Ohio’s Department of Health. We're working with our manufactures and vendors to ensure the timing of availability of products and continuing to ship all available selection in our inventory, but some products may currently take longer to ship. Please note below some key manufacture updates:

Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual and our selection of items available for shipping may be temporarily reduced. Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).
